UK Delivery Options
Christmas Fulfilment Schedule
Our warehouse will be closed on the following days:
Christmas Day: Closed
Boxing Day: Closed
New Year’s Day: Closed
During this period, please allow extra time for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery Partners
We work closely with Royal Mail and DPD to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. During peak periods, including the Christmas and New Year period, delivery times may be impacted by increased network demand or circumstances outside of our control. While we always dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur once parcels are with the carrier.
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and BFPO. We can ship to Scottish Highlands and Islands, but this will incur an additional shipping charge.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

International Delivery
We cannot currently offer delivery to Republic of Ireland, or anywhere outside of the UK.
Order Cancellations
Orders are picked and packed shortly after they are placed so we cannot change or cancel orders. If your order arrives and you still wish to cancel and return your order, please email customercare@liftglucose.com and our customer service team will be happy to help arrange a return and refund, providing the product is still sealed and unused.
