The vitamins and minerals include essential B vitamins (Thiamin, Riboflavin, Biotin, Niacin, B12, and B6), Pantothenic Acid, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Magnesium. Each tube contains 18 natural glucose tablets that are caffeine, taurine, gluten, and fat-free.

How to use & store

Chew 2 Lift Activ Energy Boost tablets daily, ideally 10 -15 mins before exercise or when you need a tasty burst of fast-acting glucose. Glucose tablets should be taken orally by chewing thoroughly before swallowing.

Only two tablets to be consumed a day

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if protective seal is broken or missing.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight, below 25°C out of reach of young children.
